Watch, Wait and Wonder Education reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 14 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to receive a credit note, reschedule for a future training course, or to receive a full refund of registration fees. Watch, Wait and Wonder Education is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
Watch, Wait and Wonder Education reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to work stoppages, instructor illness or inclement weather. If a training course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note, reschedule for a future training course, or to receive a full refund of registration. Watch, Wait and Wonder Education is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
All cancellation requests are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations not made within the specified cancellation periods will incur the full cost of registration.
Registered social workers and social service workers may be eligible for a reimbursement of up to $500 from the Government of Ontario. For more information on the requirements and how to apply, visit the Social Workers & Social Service Workers Professional Development Fund website.
Full time students in a University or College, or Psychotherapy Training Program may register for the Student Rate. A copy of their student identification card must be provided by email at the time of their registration.
